I’m recently back from my holiday in Switzerland and just wanted to email to thank the Jetabroad customer support team for the emergency assistance you provided when I missed my flight.

It was all my own fault - I showed up at the airport on the wrong day - and after initially contacting the airline direct without any luck I was feeling pretty ruined. Your team, especially Vanessa, went the extra mile to work with Swiss to get my flight re-booked on some new dates that worked and turned my mini-disaster into a passing blip (of course with some costs attached, but all very reasonable). I’m immensely grateful.
